Great location and spotless room

Great stay, rooms are spotless and very friendly and helpful staff. Would be great if they could add a mini-bar to the room and a coffee maker but restaurants are quite close so it wasn’t an issue.

A gem of a hotel!

Beautiful new hotel, in a great location that was very clean and quiet. The reception staff were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel. The only thing that would have made it better was if they offered coffee in the morning.

Good overall.

The hotel was clean overall. The staff are very kind. There is outside seating in the garden. The rooms are spacious. The hot water was plenty in the shower. The location is great; walking distance to downtown. These are the ups. The downs are: *The towels are rough so I recommend bringing your own *The room we stayed in had two twin beds so they're not big enough especially if you sleep with an infant *The pillows smelled a bit which bothered me * The beds are very firm. So if you like soft or medium bed, you might be disappointed. *The Internet is extremely slow. If you watch Netflix you will see the pixels instead of faces.

Room: small modern room but lacked ventilation and air conditioning. We stayed during a cool weekend, but would not recommend this location during a heat wave. The amenities only included 1 soap and 1 shampoo for 2 people and 2 nights with only 1 roll of toilet paper. Parking: there are 2 parking spots onsite and you must reserve directly through them to have access to reserve one of their two parking spots. There is metered street parking or a parking lot a block away (15 pesos per hour). Cleanliness: biggest issue with the room were the towels. They reeked of mold and we had the towels changed, and the “fresh” towels still smelled horrible. They smelled like stinky feet with dark mold spots, and when held in the light, had light pink/orange mold patches. Bring your own towel.

No me había tocado un hotel donde te dijeran q al siguiente día te checarian la habitación incluyendo toallas para saber si no las habías manchado y te las cobren, aparte sus toallas tenían manchas y moho por la humedad y demasiado ruido de construcción en la parte trasera pues se ve q están remodelando. No lo recomendaría para descansar y menos q te chequen al siguiente día las sábanas y toallas que usaste y te quitan la llave si sales de la propiedad porque dicen que no tienen más llaves y no quieren que las pierdas. Muy mala imagen todos esos detalles

El lugar es nuevo, con buen diseño moderno. Es pulcro, la atención es respetuosa, resuelven los requerimientos de manera oportuna. No tiene restaurante y el estacionamiento es para tres autos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Todo bien en cuanto a la habitación, solo que al lado toda la noche se estuvieron escuchando detonaciones de cohetes y desde muy temprano también, tal vez eso no es tema del hotel pero igual y pudieron tal vez hacer algo para que dejara de pasar

Ampliamente recomendado.

Increíble estancia, el hotel está súper lindo, las habitaciones con excelente espacio, camas cómodas, solo mejoraría las almohadas que son muy altas. Excelente ubicación y gran servicio, me hospedaría de nuevo sin dudarlo. No hay suficiente estacionamiento pero fuera del mismo hay parquímetro.
