So this is a bare bones hotel. Tv, bed, kind of crazy weird springy firm mattress, but it wasn’t bad. I’ve been to a lot of hotels up north around Redding and Eureka and compared to those hotels this place was immaculate, did not smell, felt clean, it’s just a little run down looking but if the inside is not dirty and it doesn’t stink that’s a big plus.

Refrigerator and microwave were great, as advertised. However they misrepresented the internet access, and were rude when I inquired about it. "It goes in an out" I was told. That is a MAJOR amenity, and is a deciding factor.

This hotel is exactly medium. I've stayed here before, I stayed a second time because it was cheap and good enough for an overnight stay, and I'll probably stay again. The staff is fine--not friendly, but not rude. The room was reasonably clean and updated some time in the past 20 years although poorly lit. A surprisingly large mini fridge and a microwave. I could hear freeway noise, but it didn't keep me awake. There were other people staying there, but I didn't hear my neighbors. Rain shower head with decent water pressure that stayed hot throughout my shower, but the tub has no texture so it's super slick--I put a towel down so I didn't kill myself. The bed was fine.
