Great staff and an easy check-in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, although the room was a little small. A few extra towels, pillows, and bathroom hooks would be helpful. The A/C temperature was locked at 20°C, which made the room quite warm at night. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly staff.

The staff were all lovely and everyone tried very hard. The bed was comfortable. We had an outstanding meal at the restaurant on the top floor. The hotel room had some quirks. Our room was awkward - especially for two people. There was nowhere to put luggage (even open on the floor) or toiletries in the bathroom, but there was a very large closet to hang clothes - which is wasted space for most travellers. The small chest of drawers was full with amenities. Whomever designed it did not think through the basic guest experience or their practical needs.

Stayed here for 2 nights and my stay was nice. The property itself is located in downtown Newmarket surrounded by cafes and restaurants which was great. The only negatives I would say is that the towels has stains on them even after we requested new ones and that grossed me out. Also parking should be included in the price for the night and not be charged separetly. Breakfast did not have a designated area and instead had to be ordered and served in the lobby. The room itself was good.

An absolutely perfect place to stay in the Newmarket area! Gorgeous decor, attentive staff, we just loved it! Highly highly recommend going to the restaurant on the third floor for dinner!
