Al inicio el hotel estaba muy bien pero han ido bajando de calidad, el baño despedía un olor a caño insoportable, las habitaciones huelen mucho a humedad y falta fumigación pues había varios tipos de insectos en las habitaciones, siempre viajamos cuatro personas y siempre únicamente ponen dos toallas de baño grandes, el personal muy atento pero el hotel sí ha bajado mucho su calidad

han dejado caer el hotel pues en esta ocasión ya el cancel del baño le faltaba una puerta de cristal y acomodaron la regadera para que no se mojara pero salía toda chueca, el agua no salió caliente, era tibia lo bueno que no hacía frío, fueron muy amables en dejar realizar el check in antes de la hora eso estuvo bien, ponen cafetera pero sólo ponen té y no café, por lo demás buen servicio

en la pared se empiezan a ver coarteaduras en la pintura, el personal de recpecion atento; lamentable que en el checkout no te dejen salir hasta que no revisen tu habitación; fuerte olor del desague del baño que se metia inlcuso a la habitacion
