Great room, enjoyed my stay

10/10 Exceptional

Parking was simple and secure; the suite was spotlessly clean; staff was most helpful and caring - quite approachable for any questions. The suite was beautifully cooled to enter and efficient for the stay. We would return to stay at this establishment at any time in Gunnedah. We were there twice over Easter.

The staff were very obliging after there was a mixup with the cleaning. I was very satisfied with the owner’s efforts to negate this problem. I will definitely stay there again.

This was a last-minute booking on the writing in Gunna around 4:30 pm. Fiona in reception was very lovely, providing two bottles of water on arrival and giving some suggestions for dinner of which one we took up and were not disappointed. Would recommend this stopover hotel again.
