Mint condition hotel with great staff and great surroundings. Quiet and very spacious room. Perfect stay in this region of the Austrian alps. One request would be private/secure underground parking, but not really a biggie in a friendly town as Nauders

We've been at other Vaya hotels in the past. Vaya Nauders scores very good on location and friendly staff. But we rated the other hotels better: - The room was spacious but dark / no view and very warm at night. Beds were OK but not great (protective cover on the mattress?). Cleaning of the room was forgotten one of the days. Breakfasts and dinners were ok. Choices were limited, same as the buffet. Food taste was ok but not great. Seating location was poor, dark (until the last day when we were moved to a better spot). Parking at 500m from the hotel is not ideal. Nice pool and sauna but no gym.

Wir waren Ende Juli für zwei Nächte im Vaya. Alles war wunderbar: das Ambiente, die grosszügige Räume bei den Innenpools, das Frühstückbuffet, das Salatbuffet am Abend. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Hotel, Zimmer und Parkplatz waren sehr gut und ermöglichten einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Auch das Frühstück hat uns wegen der großen Auswahl und Frische der Produkte sehr überzeugt: Egal ob Frühstückseivarianten, Müsli-Toppings oder frisch aufgeschnittenes Obst, jeder hat seinen Favorit gefunden und genossen! Mit dem Abendessen waren wir zufrieden, auch hier gab es bei den Vorspeisen eine schöne Auswahl und sehr leckere Desserts. Personal war durchweg sehr freundlichen, WLAN kein Problem und die Lage schön zum gleich los wandern oder spazieren.

+sauber und modern +Parkplatz, Lage +Essen okay -Spa kurz nach 17 Uhr völlig überfüllt, viel zu wenig Liegen/Sitzgelegenheiten, wurde erst nach 18 Uhr wegen Beginn Abendessen besser -Spa schließt bereits 19:30 -Türrahmen zwischen Eingangs- und Schlafbereich max. 1,85m hoch, geht für mich mit 1,91m Größe gar nicht, ich finde alles unter 2 Meter Standard muss gekennzeichnet sein -Zimmer insgesamt recht beengt

Sehr schönes, modernes top renovietes Hotel, tolles Frühstück, schöne und grosse wellness Anlage. Mühsam ist der Checkin/checkout mit längeren Wartezeiten: das gesendetete Email für self Checkin funktioniert nicht. Die nette Frau meinte sie wisse auch nicht, es es sei halt alles neu. Dann muss selber alles von Hand eingegeben werden. VIele Daten, 3 mal das Land auswählen. ID kann nicht gescannt werden. Beim Checkout ist nicht möglich vorzeitig auszuchecken und beim verlassen einfach die Karte abzugeben. Wieder Warten... Der Barman hat leider null Ahnung und war schon bei den vorherigen Hädten total überfordert. Der Rotwein 1/4 für 13.20 Euro kam als 1/8. Er meinte es sei ein grosses Glas. Im Zimmer hat es ein geeichter Krug. Wein da reingeleert. Darauf hat er noch etwas aufgefüllt aber immer noch zuwenig.

VAYA Nauders einfach genial. Der Aufpreis zur Halb-Pension lohnt sich. Vorspeise, Buffett, eine von 3 Hauptspeisen und eine Nachspeise sind das Geld wert! Personal super freundlich! Gegenüber sind zwei Kneipen, um Abends noch auf die Piste zu gehen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder, um auf den 3-Länder-Enduro-Trails Biken zu gehen.

Wir haben im VAYA Nauders einen tollen Wanderurlaub verbracht. Das Hotel ist modern und gemütlich, die Zimmer sehr sauber und mit herrlichem Bergblick. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren abwechslungsreich und lecker – perfekt nach langen Wandertouren. Besonders schön war der Wellnessbereich, ideal zum Entspannen nach einem aktiven Tag. Das Team ist herzlich und aufmerksam, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert – wir kommen sicher wieder! 🌄
