It’s important to know whether a hotel has a staff on the premises. I booked my stay via Hotels.com. First, I received a confusing message about my credit card being declined & my reservation being canceled. I called the number for clarification & I was told the message was errant. I then received the information regarding the passcodes for the front door & the door to my room. I had to wait in a cafe next door because it’s not possible to check in early at an automated hotel. I don’t recall being informed that this hotel is actually an automated human storage facility. But the neighborhood was good at least before the war.

Excellent customer service, very friendly prompt and responsive. only need to update the deposit amount on add. Room refurbished nicely and comfortable, only disruptions were to wifi but i think that may be a country provider problem rather than the property itself. some smell in bathroom but perhaps due to old plumbing in the city, not in control of proprietor. overall room was nice and spacious, very nicely situated in the heart of the action. very presentable premises.

The location is perfect—right in the heart of Beirut’s lively and artistic Gemmayze district, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The studio was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and the space had everything I needed for both work and rest. What made the stay especially memorable was the warmth and kindness of the people—special thanks to Yazan and Sherbel, and to everyone working in the building. They were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely made me feel like family. Whether you're visiting Beirut for work, leisure, or a bit of both, I highly recommend Anoor Studios. Charged twice for the trip

I was charged twice for my stay!!! Anoor hotel charged me for the stay I already payed for on hotels.com. They said it was for the security deposit but they charged my credit card for the full amount of my stay and never gave back the money! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!!!

Boendet var så fint och stort och rent. Det finns elektricitet, varm vatten och wifi (lite svag) hela tiden. Det var så mysigt och bekvämt. Ljud från gatan låter in till rummet men inget som stör så mycket. Det var super mysigt att sitta på balkongen på kvällarna och kolla på alla bilar och människor som befann sig där. Nackdelen var endast att det inte fanns städning. Jag hade uppskattat att det fanns en mopp eller en kvast så jag kan städa golv och damm då jag befann mig där i 2 veckor. Gratis parkering finns på gatorna men är svårt att hitta under helger pga barer och klubbar som blir fulla.
