My one-night stay at Panorama Suites was lovely. I wish I could have stayed longer. Staff was extremely helpful in assisting with my baggage as my room was several floors below street level. Even though there were elevators to take me down a few floors, there were still many stairs involved in getting to and from my room. Excellent breakfast and the views were picture perfect, with the pool just below. As long as my knees stay healthy, I would definitely stay here again!

Most stunning hotel. Staff were outstanding. Great breakfast and cocktails served by the pool, where you can enjoy that stunning view. Rooms were so well appointed, beautiful and peaceful. I would make this choice again as the hotel and location (great access to Fira bus station) were both simply perfect. More convenient and less crowded than Oia.

Amazing view from balcony. Lovely cold pool. Breakfast was outstanding — ordered each night for next morning. Sat overlooking the caldera. A bit of a hike to get to room — 2 different elevators and up to 4 flights of stairs (no elevator). Porter helped us get bags all the way to the bus. Perfect location. Free liter of water each day. Food/bar by pool — Greek salad was fab.

Gorgeous hotel with amazing views and really lovely staff. Get ready for lots and lots of stairs. The family suite was perfect for us and we really enjoyed the personal hot tub outside some noise in the morning from the donkeys passing through hot breakfast from the restaurant next-door every morning was very enjoyable as well as the hotel pool for cooling off after a hot day
