Nice hotel in quiet surroundings. Pool was fairly cold

Our overnight in Kröpke Heide was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The only negative point would be that the hotel is a bit dated and looks like it could do with a refresh.

Nice and clean room - somehow a bit outdated

Place seemed outdated. Pool wasn’t open. Restaurant service and quality was definitely not a 4-star experience. Staff was friendly.

Nice and clean

The room was big and clean. Modern furniture and a good bathroom. The only downside of the room are the pillows on the bed. They are to light like the most hotels do. Normally I bring always me own pillow. Only this night I don’t :(. Except the pillows everything was perfect.

What is left of the gym is broken. This really needs new machines or somebody gets injured.

Friendly staff. Hotel itself stucked in the 80ies. Room was quiet but furnitures run down. Gym not usable as it was so humide and smelled chlorine due to the next door pool. Steam sauna did not worked. Breakfast was good.

Väldigt bra mat i restaurangen *****

6/10 Good

Bra frukost. Ingen klimat anläggningen på rummet men ganska svalt ändå. Poolen var helt ok. Med olika bastus och uteplats med solsängar. Ligger mitt ute i ingenstans men ändå skönt ställe.
