My husband and I were traveling to Milan for one night for a concert. I will say, the location of Crossing Manzoni is elite. It took us a minute to find because it’s not a true hotel, it’s more of a glorified Airbnb. For what we needed it for it worked perfectly. Great location, amazing service from Sean, and great little perks. Free beverages, snacks, etc. I do enjoy the little luxuries of a hotel, and the fact that it is more of a glorified Airbnb meant you heard every time people were talking outside. Another down side is that only 1 key is provided. It’s not a hotel key, it’s a legit apartment key. One time my husband left the room before me and I was locked in until he returned 10 minutes later. It wasn’t crazy but something to consider if you plan on ever leaving property without the people you’ve traveled with. Now, Sean is there from 8-5 when the hotel is open, but on weekends (when we were there) the gate outside is locked, so someone will always need a key.
Anyways, given these, I would still rate the hotel 5/5 because of the experience and location. Also the rooms are beautifully designed. Very clean.
