This is a lovely place at a bargain price! They have a little roof deck that's great for views, especially the sunset. They serve breakfast which is not fancy but something to get you going. The room was clean, had a big closet and the bed was comfy. I will stay here again when I come back to Toledo

Loved our stay in Santa Isabel.. location was perfect, staff excellent & the rooftop terrace was great with magical views.. we had room 212 which was spacious, perhaps could have had brighter lighting & more shelving for toiletries in bathroom but those are only minor things. Great hotel & taxi can drop you off at the door

A lovely boutique type hotel full of character and charm, only 5 mins walk from the cathedral. The location made our 3 day visit easy to manage and plan Very friendly staff with easy check in/out The roof top terrace is an added bonus, the staff even offered the use of good quality wine glasses to enable us to enjoy our vino along with the stunning view. This was a fantastic hotel! We loved our room! Choose the larger room! Front desk was so helpful! Provided is wine glasses when we needed them! Roof top at night was gorgeous for views. Toledo is a lovely place with rich history. We stayed two nights. It was perfect.

Lovely small hotel in a convenient location. Access by car was through very narrow streets and the hotel parking was in a garage with a height restriction - so beware! Breakfast was fine but very simple. Great views from the roof terrace

The staff were so helpful - I was a little early and had planned to leave my luggage but they allowed me into my room which had a cute little balcony. The rooftop terrace is such a peaceful spot to take in the amazing view of Toledo. It was especially lovely to watch the lights come on at dusk and also listen to the concert happening in town.

Beautiful property with incredible views from the roof deck. And the staff, especially Lucia, was very helpful and patient, which was so appreciated, since we had car trouble and were frazzled when we arrived. Garage parking. But, be aware, everything is very tight. We had to pull in the mirrors to fit through some of the streets.

Location is excellent in restored historic house; view fom the small roof terrace is 5 star. Rooms are functional and compact; there is no room fridge or kettle for tea coffee in room. Didn’t opt for the breakfast in small dining room. Staff very welcoming and helpful.
