The super friendly and efficient staff make this place a wonderful choice for families with kids of all ages. From reception to the team running the entertainment, the chefs and the house-keeping staff are a wonderful hard working team . The location is perfect for children and families.

The overall stay was okay to good. Great staff, peaceful atmosphere, and plenty to do with a child. However, sadly for us the food let the overall experience down. We ended up going to eat out mostly. Which is a shame considering we committed to full board. Although, the one caveat to that was the kids kitchen for those with families. It is a great concept.

Restaurant staff, activity organisers and the entertainers were all very friendly. Food was good and chefs were willing to cook specific items for vegetarians on request. Gym, tennis courts and pools all well maintained. I think they need more reception staff as queues at reception were sometimes long.

Great sporting facilities and activities and staff are all amazing, excellent service and friendliness. Clean and well maintained… food is fresh and well presented and drinks and options are great if you opt for the drinks package. only gripe is no a la carte restaurant with menu choices. So unless you love buffets, I’d value an la carte with menu choices. Great beach, pool and bars. Really good value for money.

Quartos limpos, boas opções de alimentação no restaurante e praia tranquila!

A very strange hotel; you are only given one towel per person for the pool for your entire stay. If you want a new one you have to pay for it. There’s also a deposit for the towel which is 10euro. The staff were mixed, some were helpful and some were so slow and didn’t really care if they helped me or not. I won’t be going back.

Excelente opção na Puglia. Praia fantástica, staff atencioso, comida excelente, bons vinhos, ambiente acolhedor. Recomendo
