We found the staff helpful although appeared a little stressed at times at breakfast had to actively look for someone to help with Tea. Not enough coffee machines. Shame pool not open till 11am. Comfortable bed.

Located on water front, walkable to beach. No loungers umbrella rentals on this beach. Hotel is about 10mnt walk to old town where you’ll find older shops and restaurants. The hotel is located at the entrance of beautiful park. Make sure to walk through the entire park to see its beauty. Hotel itself is huge, big lobby like a convention center. Nice amenities, multiple pools and spa. Rooms facing water are nice, big and convenient. Feels like you’re on a cruise ship. Looking for Local city charming Hotel, this is not it. But if you’re looking for a large sterile cruise-like accommodations this is for you.

Hotel is big and roomy as it seems to cater for business aswell as holiday makers. Staff are extremely helpful and professional. Food is excellent. Very well placed for all the Cadiz places of interest. Situated on a cool spot, so if it’s hot, the Paradores is going to be the coolest. Also the room A/C is brutal. Rooms are large and well equipped. Breakfast is continental but you can ask them to make anything you might want. Queues for the coffee machines can be annoying, just ask for a pot of coffee. Pool and Spa are very modern. Plenty to do. Sea view rooms have fantastic. Jews over the bay. You get free water every day put in your minibar which is great. Over all we loved this hotel. Not the cheapest but worth every penny.

This Hotel has a great position on the seafront with wide expansive views either side. All rooms are well equipped and have a lovely sea view. Comfy beds and powerful showers. 3 super pools but the most uncomfortable low sun beds that I have come across in my travels.

Lovely hotel great access for the old town Cádiz. Very helpful staff, wonderful breakfasts particularly the fresh made omelette station. Great sea views from our room and the public rooms for sunrise and fabulous sunsets. Lovely pool and roof top bar. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely return. Thank you ☺️

Stunning new building with great views. Staff were very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The room was clean with super comfy beds and pillows and an amazing bath and shower. Great hotel for our needs. Nice, functional, modern and clean rooms with a nice balcony overlooking pool and sea. Very good breakfast and overall very good and serviceminded staff. The pool area is also very nice and facing the sea. Never used the spa, but tried the gym which really would need an up-lift. Can clearly recommend the hotel, except if you also want to do some workout during your stay.
