Staff very helpful and good location for bus and metro. Food in the restaurant was of good quality and a varied menu. Our room was small but clean and comfortable.

I'm only giving this place a three because the staff were very kind. This hotel is in extreme need of a refurbishment.

The card key didn't work, but they gave me a real key. So that was not a problem. Everything else was good.

The room was small and the curtains and floor all had stains on them. The bedding also had red stains on the duvet cover. The room was very warm and the air con didn't seem to work. The bathroom fan would not switch off so that ran all night. There was no plug for the bath and the bath tap didn't work. Service in the restaurant was very slow on the first night and the fish was pretty horrible. Service was much quicker on the second night though and I just ordered chips but they were good!

Bathrooms in rooms had mold. Moved to several rooms during stay because air conditioning did not work or was extremely loud. Staff in restaurant was unfriendly and clearly hated their jobs. Furniture falling apart. Pictures online of this hotel are not the current conditions.
