A delightful property, feels like you are staying somewhere special. Very friendly and helpful staff, great services and night rooms. Location requires grab or a bicycle ride to get to the main sights and eating areas but this is easily done.

I had an incredible experience staying at Chez Cao. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room and the view were both gorgeous, and it is centrally located. I had to leave early and they packed me a to-go breakfast! They let me take a bike for free and I was able to ride to most of the major sites and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay so much. The property is beautiful and the rooms absolutely stunning. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. And whether it was with a coconut coffee or an excellent Hanoi-based IPA, we enjoyed our poolside time after visiting the local sights. The food was also excellent. The goat dishes were real standouts. Thank you for such a wonderful time in this beautiful place

I visited during the rainy season. I did not get the requested balcony. I got a sunroom instead. The sunroom leaked heavily when it rained and soaked the couch in that room. I didn’t realize till I sat down. Ordered room service. The food was very bland. The people were extremely nice, and the property was beautiful, but go expecting slightly more rustic experience.

Location in the midst of rice fields, views of mountains in distance, proximity to Mua cave, beautiful garden and pool on the premises. Restaurant provides great, tasty food. Add to these spacious, clean rooms and wonderful service and you have this Ecolodge! Surely recommend it.

The staff were delightful and helped us with arranging a transfer from Hanoi, scooter once we got there and spa services.
