I had an incredible experience staying at Chez Cao. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room and the view were both gorgeous, and it is centrally located. I had to leave early and they packed me a to-go breakfast! They let me take a bike for free and I was able to ride to most of the major sites and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay so much. The property is beautiful and the rooms absolutely stunning. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. And whether it was with a coconut coffee or an excellent Hanoi-based IPA, we enjoyed our poolside time after visiting the local sights. The food was also excellent. I visited during the rainy season. I did not get the requested balcony. I got a sunroom instead. The sunroom leaked heavily when it rained and soaked the couch in that room. I didn’t realize till I sat down. Ordered room service. The food was very bland. The people were extremely nice, and the property was beautiful, but go expecting slightly more rustic experience.

The most beautiful eco lodge with views of the rice terraces. We found it to be perfectly located for cycling to both Tam Coc and Trang An using the complimentary bicycles. We ate dinner in the hotel which was good.
