Beautiful Island, Hot Stay

The island is beautiful! The stay at the hotel was okay, the staff were amazing, funny, and friendly. However a lot of items at the hotel needed repair it felt like. The hot tub jets didn’t work, but it was still nice and warm. The worst part was that the A/C in the room didn’t work it was so hot, they did offer us fans but it was terrible. We tried to keep the door open but bugs kept coming in. Again the staff were amazing, just for the price and the current conditions of the hotel it was not worth it. Once they get the A/C fixed and put some TLC into the pool area and decks of the rooms it would be worth it. They did have complementary snores and games!!

The hotel is over priced for what it is. Pool wasn’t clean and peeling paint. The rooms were nice, balcony is shared which was ok. It was beginning of the season so no one really knew who was doing what. Drinks weren’t good but I think they are struggling to get help. There is no where to buy anything outside of candy, icecream and small alcohol section. Lunch by the pool was simple but nice.
