8/10 Very good

First the good bits - breakfast was included and was adequate as I don't have a big appetite - no fruit on offer apart from apples and kiwis. The staff were excellent and helped me check in for my flight which was difficult as the wifi kept going off in between times. The bed was confortable although I wasn't a fan of square pillows. The not so good bits. My bathroom was quite dated and I had to ask reception to come up to explain how to get the shower working. I also had to ask for a mat for inside the bath as it was shiny. The hot water took ages to come through in the basin as well. My room was at the front just above the entrance so there was some traffic noise and also noise from a next door room which I always hate. As I mentioned the wifi seemed to go in and out and I had to keep checking in.
