It is nice place for stay. The only one thing is that the fridge a little bit noise when you sleep. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

10/10 Exceptional

Since the staff clean the rooms only once every three days, you do not need to worry about putting out the "don't disturb" tag every night. Clean and convenient, and economical.

Great service.

The facility was basic as I had expected with small room and a bit of walk from train station. However, their service was excellent and above my expectation. I could see they were trying their best to make guests' stays better.

6/10 Good

The hotel looks like one from an old one with some renovations with new flag. Thus, the facility looked a bit tired even after some consmetic renewal. The location would be a bit catch; you have to walk 10 min. from Osaka/Umeda stations.

Very thin walls! reasonably friendly front desk staff. Was left a bit underwhelmed having read previous reviews highly recommending the hotel. Great proximity to stations and delish food options nearby though.

Property is clean. Neighborhood around the property is quiet. They have microwaves and coin laundry which was very convenient. Stations are within walking distance. Room is fairly sized. Amenities provided was very useful and convenient. A very nice place to stay in Osaka. Highly recommended.

10/10 Exceptional

When we stayed at the hotel, the staff, safety, location, and parking were all okay, but this is not the fault of the hotel. There were a large number of guests who seemed to be staying only with foreigners, including both Japanese and non-Japanese guests, who stayed around our room. At that time, we noticed noises such as loud TV volume and jumping sounds, which were very noticeable. We thought it would be better to provide information about such issues to foreign guests who stay at the hotel.

2/10 Poor

Terrible air-con. Very noisy. The air-con runs 2 mins and then stop, and re-run it self again after 2 mins. So we cannot sleep well because the sudden noisy air-con re-run itself indefinitely. Also, you will get very hot when it stops. You will get very cold when it reruns. Terrible system and we did not sleep for whole day.
