I traveled to Leipzig for The Christmas Markets and this hotel was perfectly situated in the center of all the city had to offer. I could easily and safely walk to all the sites in the city. It is also very conveniently located near the main train station. I am a mature solo female traveler and I felt very safe and comfortable at this hotel. Enjoy your travels!

Clean room and bathroom with windows that you can open to let air in alongside a lovely cooling air from the air conditioning. Very well located for the Square. Staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful after the UEFA Conference League Final. They only had one member of bar staff, but 10 minutes later there were 4 of them behind the counter providing excellent service to hundreds of Palace fans. Breakfast was apparently nice but we didn't have it ourselves. No issues at all.

Great location near to all sites and train station. Have stayed at Motel One many times in uk and was surprised to find no tea and coffee facilities in the room in Leipzig which would be my only negative. We chose not to have the breakfast and found plenty of places nearby instead. Would stay again

Tiny rooms with just barest necessities. Ours facing the noisy street. Breakfast was adequate but super crowded, for extra charge, and once we had to be in the bar for it. Parking (is partially validated) is a few blocks away. Besides the hotel itself, we thoroughly enjoyed visiting Leipzig, a wonderful city. We will look for a different hotel next time.

Leider entspricht dieses Hotel meiner Meinung nach keinesfalls einem Vier-Sterne-Standard. Da ich regelmäßig in Vier-Sterne-Hotels übernachte, war ich von meinem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht. Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich oder serviceorientiert. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot nur eine sehr geringe Auswahl – nicht einmal einfache warme Speisen wie Rührei wurden angeboten. Auch eine Minibar gab es nicht, und selbst Wasser konnte man im Hotel nicht ohne Weiteres kaufen. Zusätzlich war der Fernseher in meinem Zimmer defekt. Obwohl ich das Problem gemeldet habe, wurde keine Lösung angeboten. Weder wurde das Gerät repariert noch ausgetauscht. Die Betten waren recht klein, das Badezimmer ebenfalls eher beengt und insgesamt wirkte die Ausstattung deutlich unter dem Niveau, das ich von einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel erwarte. Der einzige positive Punkt ist die gute Lage des Hotels. Abgesehen davon kann ich den Vier-Sterne-Status leider nicht nachvollziehen und würde das Hotel nicht erneut buchen.

Check in sehr schnell und freundlich, Zimmer bereits vorab bezugsbereit. Alles sauber und in Ordnung.
