Room was much better than the look of the property outside , and in the main common areas , older hotel and several homeless persons outside but were never threatening. Room was Good enough for a 1 night stay, only complaint was I could hear walking upstairs above me all through night.

Staff were friendly. Bathrooms were not overly clean. Amazing location but be prepared for noise as it’s super close to a live mucus venue. Lots of amazing restaurants right out the door. Lots of stairs!
