It was clean and room was a good size. It had a microwave and stove and fridge which was great. They also had a crib for our daughter. We enjoyed the stay here.

Fine and fairly cheap family apartment/room in centre of Malmö. Great location. Clean and two fine beds, fine bathroom too. Other beds were really thin and hard. Kitchen works, but not much equipment. Quite some noise from the current renovation. No contact with any staff at all.

We stayed in a 4-person apartment. Overall it was a good value and a good location with respect to the train station, supermarkets, etc. Nothing was in fantastic / like new condition, but it had all the basics covered for an overnight stay to catch an early train. I will note since we stayed in the summer that only one small window to the outside could be opened, so it was a bit warmer than might have been ideal.

Good location and helpful staff on site, but the communication from the hotel group before arrival was very poor and often incorrect. We received emails saying there was no reception and giving checkout instructions that did not actually apply to our stay. In reality, there was a staffed reception. Only when we checked out were we told that the emails were generic messages from the larger hotel group and should simply be ignored. The staff at the property were helpful, but this should have been clarified much earlier instead of leaving guests to figure it out themselves. The stay itself was fine, but the misleading and inconsistent communication from the group is what brings the overall rating down significantly.

Kind staff, nice sized room, good options for breakfast. Recommended if you want to have a kitchenette whilst in Malmö. Would wish the cleaning was a bit better. Found an empty package of cigarettes in the wardobe and when I opened the wardrobe the hairdryer fell out. Ohjterwise the room was nice, comfortable bed, plenty of space.

This is the first hotel that we've visited where the TV didn't have any channels available and is there for streaming or casting. A new phenomenon for us oldies! Having said that it didn't detract from our enjoyment of this hotel. Well equipped room and great location.

2/10 Poor

If you’re thinking of booking here because of nice price then think again!! Stay away from this hotel!! My family and I had the worst experience here with BEDBUGS in our bed!! We got bit all over. We got moved to another room but it had blood and urine stains on the mattress, and there was blood stain on the water tap!! We asked to be moved again, but we didn’t want to stay there as we felt it was not safe and not clean there at all! We changed hotels the second night there! The receptionist was very unprofessional and she denied that it was bedbugs despite photos of the bedbugs and bite marks. Later we had it confirmed that it was bedbugs! Disappointed and disgusted with the hotel standard. Do NOT recommend at all!

The hotel is within walking distance of Malmo Central Train Station and Malmo's tourist spot attractions. It's easy to go around just by walking or use of public transportation. The hotel doesn't have AC though and since it's really hot recently, they provided an electric fan for use in the hotel. Also, they were in the process of upgrading their security so the key card for laundry room is not working as expected and had to always request the staff to use their key card for the elevator going to laundry room.
