At first glance it seemed ok. There is a nice view of a small lake. The beds appeared clean. But go to the back where the bathroom is and it’s a different story. There was no hot water in the sink. The hot water tap did not shut off., The floor in the shower area was filthy and there was black mould on the window in the shower.

The owner was kind and accommodating when we asked for things we needed. It is an old dated motel literally in the middle of nowhere. We missed that. We thought English River was a town with the Inn located there. However the beautiful view from our room was incredible, that was a big bonus. The King bed was really comfortable. Great night sleep.
