Great location close to the old town and the castle. Staff were very friendly and helpful- we had an early trip booked and they were happy to provide a breakfast bag as we would be missing breakfast. Room was clean and smelled lovely every time we entered it.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is very modern and looks to be recently renovated. The room is spacious. The bathroom has great lighting. Water pressure is excellent. The only complaint is the bathtub side is much higher than what we normally see. One needs to be very careful to get in and out of the tub. A suggestion for the hotel is to install handle bar on the side of the tub to better assist with the getting in and out of the tub. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of variety and fresh foods. Enjoyed that very much. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk to the old town center, but just 5 minutes walk to the Wawel castle and the waterfront. Everything is very clean and orderly. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, 10 mins walk from the castle and 15 to the centre of the old town. There are a couple of grocery shops and very popular street food outlets within yards of the hotel. Well appointed rooms having just been refurbished. Would benefit from a few more english speaking tv channels though. Breakfast was great with a fantastic choice of hot and cold foods. Happy to stay again for sure!
