All of the staff were helpful and kind. The room was comfortable and clean. The happy hour reception was great. We are the Friday Fish Fry and the food and service were wonderful. We did have an issue and it was handled efficiently and promptly.

Temperature controls was difficult to get a comfortable temp. Evening snacks were poor.It was the worst stay at an Embassy Suites in over 3 decades.
