Really helpful staff, clean rooms and it was great to have parking garage as well, even if it was extremely tight on space down there. Overall a really great experience

Really enjoyed staying here and felt the staff were very accommodating. Hotel was comfortable and in a great location. More teas and coffees in room would be appreciated and toiletries were quite drying. NB parking is limited but other options are available close by.

6/10 Good

Room was clean and a reasonable size. Staff not too friendly at check-in but otherwise pleasant and attentive. Location around 15&20 stroll into the town centre. Limited free parking in the surrounding streets (and only 7pm-9am).

10/10 Exceptional

Stayed in superior room on the ground floor for 3 nights. The room was very compact and had a little patio area outside. Impeccable clean. I would say the premise was recently renovated it was very modern. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good location about 10-15 minute walk to old town and rail station.

This is a new hotel and it shows, in all the good ways. Rooms and public spaces are all in excellent condition, design is current and the bar area is very pleasant. Although new it is very clear the staff have been exceedingly well trained, every one was friendly and helpful. It is clear that it is a hotel targeted for business travellers who need somewhere to stay between meetings, meaning the rooms are functional if a little compact. However we stayed as a family visiting Nantes and the location is excellent for that. Minutes walk to the old city with a huge number of restaurants and castle which is certainly worth a visit. I would thoroughly recommend.

8/10 Very good

This is a high quality hotel with good staff and comfortable beds. Everything works well. Parking is charged for and is not particularly easy in this area. It involves using a car park and a Remote controller from the hotel which needs to be returned at the end with no easy place to stop near the hotel. The area lacks nice restaurants so maybe in future the hotel could consider adding their own restaurant. The hotel is quite expensive but delivers the required quality standards for the price. It is not far to a bus stop to connect with Nantes public transport so makes a decent base to see the tourist sites. We appreciated the friendliness of the staff on reception. The barman was quietly efficient but a bit clinical. Wifi works fine. There's a good baker across the road if you want to save money on breakfast.
