The room was spacious and bright, with plenty of hot water in the shower, and a mini-fridge in the room. The breakfast was average. The hotel has a gym and swimming pool, but I didn't have time to use them. There's also a lounge area with a ping-pong table and a pool table, which is quite nice. The staff were polite and helpful. They were happy to assist me when I needed to store my luggage for a few hours. The hotel is in a quiet location, within walking distance of restaurants and supermarkets, which is very convenient. The only thing I wasn't entirely satisfied with was that the hotel didn't provide free drinking water—I had to buy it myself, although it's easy to find outside the hotel. As for the room's cleanliness, the mattress and pillows need improvement, as I found hair and stains. Additionally, there were moths in the kitchen cabinets. Despite these issues, overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Excellent staff, friendly people

The stay was as good as I expected for a hotel of this category. It is expensive for the category but it is what this place costs in summer due to the high demand. The hotel is old and it poorly maintained however the staff is super friendly. Specially at frontdesk they are extremely friendly and helpful. I truly value that quality of people.

A once good hotel stuck in the past

My stay here with my family was mediocre. The facilities at the hotel were run down and not well maintained. Shout out though to the staff, they were super friendly and accommodating and made our stay more amenable. It’s a shame as the location is superb, but the state of this place is simply bad, and it could be so much more, and it is not an inexpensive option.
