The property is new and well maintained. Room was clean and very nice. Would have rated this 10/10 but we booked through hotels.com and the pet fee was listed as $25. When we arrived they charged us $50. The guy checking us in just said "oh that's wrong, sorry". There were many other hotels available that night we could have booked for less money. We were on a road trip and arrived late and left early. We didn't use any amenities and booked based on cost.

This little hotel is adorable it's very eclectic it has a lot of personality and Top Notch staff. I will say I was kind of disappointed that the spa tub and the sun was not working when I was there but I did get to enjoy the saltwater pool for a couple of hours and you have to visit the restaurant they have some really delicious food

Cool design but lighting in the room and the specially the bathroom was too dark. The air conditioner turned off and didn’t go back on. We woke in the middle of the night hot and sweaty and had to turn it back on. It happened both nights. The location was great for Arches and Canyonlands though!

This is a nice hotel. Great staff and easy to work with. The rooms are nice. The beds were a perfect firmness for us as well. Pet friendly.. We would def stay there again.
