2 night stay with teenage child. Hotel is situated in a good site, with local playpark for young children, local cafe (Paul) on doorstep and lovely external garden. Hotel is very keen to save electricity- lighting in communal areas was dim. On site Gym is very basic (3 machines plus limited freeweights). For the price it was very good - no complaints at all.

The breakfast cost at locution is much higher than booking online including breakfast. €18 for a very poor selection. You have to pay extra if cleaning is required.

My son loved his stay in my stead.

My son stayed since I had to cancel our trip. He said his stay was excellent in every way. I also had to change the reservations several times including changing dates, canceling one room, and asking for a refund for the canceled room. I emailed with your staff member, Madame Anushka, several times and she was professional, timely, and efficient.

The staffs were very polite and professional. The area was peaceful and quite no matter what time of the day. Cleaning was exceptional. All questions answered. Views outside of window was fantastic. Excellent for both adult and children as there are parks nearby. Shops were accessible. Overall, excellent customer service as well as my stay at the Residhome. One thing to improve - if they could provide more pots in different sizes (more than 2) as well as lids that suit the pot to make cooking variability more better.
