Carpets were all torn up the first room we were put in smelled like dog pee the next one reaked like stale smoke carpets were all stained walls torn up there was food on the floor next to the nightstand like the carpet was never vacuumed definitely not shampooed. Bathroom door had claw marks like someone locked their dog in there. Advertisement shows pool and hot tub but it's all empty and taped off The staff was very friendly that's all i can say good

The pool was not working. No hot water in the shower. Paid for two kitchenettes for both rooms but got only one kitchenette. Check-in staff talked too much, took 30 minutes to check us in.
