Beautiful and unique place. Our tent was well located, close to the reception and distant enough (about 2 blocks) from the beach and the beach club (which is very nice but loud). Very recommended for couples. If you want party, just walk those 2 blocks to the beach club.

The room/tent was amazing! We had a lagoon tent with a plunge pool which was fantastic! The landscaping was meticulous and the staff were so nice and helpful! The coconut water in the lobby was so delicious! Catch Beach Club had a very nice breakfast daily, which had an amazing view of the ocean! Thank you for a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this resort!

First of all , the references about the noise coming from Catch / the Lazy Coconut late at night are valid if you stay in a beach tent. HOWEVER - the simple solution is to book a tent in the lagoon , in the interior . The most you’ll hear is some traffic driving by the access road , and the animals late at night , and the birds first thing in the morning. However, if you’re Glamping in south east Asia , that’s somewhat the point. The tents are quite well insulated, and are luxurious. I’ve stayed in the Four Seasons , Relais et Chateaux etc etc , and this place is up there with the best of them for total experience. Monsieur Landgraf , the Manager is incredibly friendly, and helpful , and the staff are wonderful. The beds are so comfortable, and the bathrooms are quite elegant . Bang Tao beach is one of the better beaches in all aspects . All in all - 10 out of 10 experience.

One of the best hotels i ever stayed in. From our villa we had direct access to the beach, where we had full service from Lazy coconut beach bar and restaurant while we were enjoying our time on sun-beds (free of charge). And next door is a very popular beach club - Catch, where we had healthy breakfasts. Also cabanas are free for hotel guests. Hotel also had best massage. Very welcoming and professional staff. Coffee and coconut juice at the lobby are complimentary. Much recommended !!!

We stayed at the hotel for five nights and, apart from the cleanliness, the experience fell far below what a so-called ‘Luxus’ hotel should offer. The photos and descriptions are misleading: the hotel is not actually by the sea unless you pay extra for the beach loungers, and the many pools shown online belong to beach bars, not the hotel. At night, the noise from scooters and loud music was constant, making it difficult to relax. Inside the room, the hot water ran out almost immediately, forcing one of us to wait for it to heat again, and on some nights we were left without light for a few minutes—something completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming luxury. The breakfast was almost nonexistent, something I genuinely prefer not to comment on further. However, the worst part came on our last day during check-out. While we were still inside the room, even using the bathroom, the staff entered to check the minibar without proper notice, which felt extremely intrusive and unprofessional. Since our flight was late, we asked them to store our luggage and went to the beach. During our relaxation time, we received three separate messages demanding that we return the laundry bag or pay for it.unnecessary and completely inappropriate. Instead of simply waiting until we returned, they chose to disturb us repeatedly over something so minor. A hotel calling itself ‘Luxus’ should offer at least basic professionalism. This one didn’t. We cannot recommend it.

Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser Unterkunft. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön es gleicht einem Camp im Jungle nur leider ist es nicht in einem Jungle sondern mitten in der Stadt. Zum Zimmer es sind eher gesagt Zelte ( keine richtigen Wände ) , nachts ist es so extrem laut man hört einfach alles von jaulenden Straßen Hunden bis laute Party Tuk Tuks, wir haben diese 14 Tage kaum geschlafen, man konnte sich nichtmal am Pool entspannen da direkt eine Baustelle war. Also mit Entspannung hat dieses Hotel nichts am Hut. Es wurde angegeben das es Am STRAND liegt hier kommt der Scam —- man muss für die Liegen bezahlen und das nicht wenig , man bekommt zwar Rabatt als Hotel Gast aber das macht es auch nicht besser , am Ende des Tages kommt man mit 2 Personen auf 300-400 Euro. So konnten wir nur 3 mal zum Strand gehen, da es auf die Dauer zu teuer ist. Das einzige Positive war die Hygiene & das nette Personal was immer hilfsbereit ist. Also im Endeffekt haben wir für 2 Wochen plus Strand etc fast 8000-10000 Euro da gelassen, es lohnt sich nicht. LG aus Deutschland !

Der Pool ist sehr klein aber ausreichend. Wenn man eines der 5 Zelte am Meer hat ist es sehr schön. Allerdings muss man wissen das direkt daneben der catch Beach Club ist, in dem man auch das Frühstück bekommt, den man bis 12 Uhr auf jeden Fall im Zimmer hört.

Helt magiskt vackert och så trevlig personal. Och otrolig frukost på stranden. Lite ljud på natten eftersom det är ett ”tält” och inte tjocka väggar. Utöver det så är jag super nöjd med min resa och kommer definitivt besöka detta hotell igen.
