Great location and comfortable bed.

8/10 Very good

Decent-enough room with very confortable mattress but only one towel per person. You have to ask au the front desk if you want the room serviced. The water dispenser by the lift was a boon.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Very friendly staff and clean room. The room cramped and small, uncomfortable mattresses, only one pillow for each bed and one towel per person, no hand towel or washcloth.

10/10 Exceptional

The staff were exceptional and service was excellent. Our room was great, albeit a little small. Beds were comfy. As we were so close to a train station you could sometimes feel the vibrations of the trains, but it wasn't enough to be off putting. Great stay, would visit again. Some good food choices within walking distance.

Clean room but a bit smaller side! The air condition is central which has its pros and cons. Good polite staff! Centrally located! Had a good time!

10/10 Exceptional

Room was clean, stuff were rather welcoming. In general good stay in nice location. Easy to get around the city, and with direct access to the airport. Also there is big shopping mall in 8-10 minutes walking.

For that rate, it was a good room, clean and functional, located close to everything we needed. Arrived late from the airport the night before and just needed a clean bed and bathroom for the night.

Only one towel per person was provided, when asked for one separate face/shower it was requested extra payment

Rooms are clean but not all have working AC so you get overheated and uncomfortable easily. There’s only One iron for the entire hotel on 2nd floor which is rather inconvenient. Coffee can only be purchased till 9:30am. No management available on 3rd shift, so you can’t accomplish anything. Parking is 90zl per day, no hourly charge.

6/10 Good

The shower of the first room didn’t work. The staff resolved it in quick and friendly manner. The shower heads for both rooms were full of mold. I requested housekeeping, but they did not replace the dirty cups or dirty towels.

Basis hotel som er ok. Morgenmaden er fin, der er et fint Gym, men medarbejderne er på ingen måde servicemindede.

6/10 Good

Rent och fräscht och bra läge! Rummen är små, hårda sängar och väldigt lyhört, både ljud utifrån men även via korridor och närliggande rum. Ok frukost, men inget toppbetyg på den.
