It’s a very old hotel and smells very musty. It’s temperature controlled so the air con doesn’t work to your preferred settings so staying in spring or autumn is very difficult when it’s very hot outside and can’t get cool in the room. Rooms are poorly ventilated and they smell like mould and the carpets are not the best. 16 floor shower pressure is also pretty bad and the hand soap looks to be reused and repackaged. Overall not great - which is a shame because I stayed here last year and it was fine if a bit old. The staff are lovely though and very helpful - so that’s a plus. The location is convenient too.

Location good but needs updating

The hotel is in a nice area, and close to metro lines and a large shopping mall. However, it looks tired and is in need of an uplift. The room and floor also had a very musty, damp smell. We could hear the guests in the next room talking till the small hours of the morning, which wasn't great either. Very much a one person occupancy business hotel.
