Clean hotel close to Autobahn with several restaurants in Bispingen. We hade a large room which was medley renovated. Private parking by the hotel. Minus the the Wi-fi did not work at all.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend. Ausschlaggebend waren vor allem die mangelhafte Sauberkeit und der schlechte Zustand des Zimmers. Auf dem Boden, an Fußleisten, in Ecken, an den Heizungsrohren und im Fenster-/Rollladenbereich fanden sich Staub, Haare, Flusen und deutliche Verschmutzungen. Besonders kritisch fanden wir eine offene Aussparung in der Wand, in der Stromkabel sichtbar waren. Ob diese unter Spannung standen, können wir nicht beurteilen – in einem vermieteten Hotelzimmer erwarten wir aber eine ordentlich geschlossene Elektroinstallation. Der elektrische Rollladen funktionierte ebenfalls nicht. Auch die fehlende Außenbeleuchtung und die unbeleuchtete Hotelbeschilderung machten bei Dunkelheit keinen guten Eindruck. Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber eher einfach. Uns fehlten z. B. Haferflocken, die gekochten Eier standen ohne erkennbare Warmhaltung auf der Theke. Die Brötchen wirkten wie Aufbackbrötchen, die übrigen Produkte eher wie einfache Supermarktware. Kaffee und Cappuccino aus der Profi-Maschine waren dagegen gut. Bei der Abreise fragte uns derselbe Herr, der zuvor schon wegen der Bezahlung des Frühstücks nachgefragt hatte, am Auto nochmals, ob alles in Ordnung gewesen sei und ob wir alles bezahlt hätten. Auf meine Kritik, dass zumindest vernünftig geputzt werden müsste, kam nur: „Ja, bis zum nächsten Mal.“ Für uns wird es kein nächstes Mal geben.

Der er ingen i receptionen, du skal ringe til en telefon, hvor efter de oplyser hvilken nøgle du skal tage. Afløbet på badeværelset var utæt, så der lå vand på gulvet. På anden dagen gik vi en tur og havde på dette tidspunkt kun min håndtaske med alle mine personlige ejendele i tasken. Da vi kommer retur står rengøring personale med min taske i receptionen, hun kunne ikke kommunikere hvad årsagen var til at hun har taget min taske ude af værelset, efterfølgende bliver jeg ringet op af ejeren af stedet, hun troede vi var tjekket ud. Vi havde stadig en overnatning på stedet. Det her var total grænseoverskridende for mig. Aldrig igen.

Wir haben einen Ring unter dem Bett gefunden. Auf dem Nachttisch standen außerdem viele Flaschen verschiedener Marken. In der Bettwäsche waren auch Haare. Ansonsten war das Zimmer groß, es hatte einen kleinen Kühlschrank, und die Toilette war sauber. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Der Empfangsmitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und hat auch später noch einmal nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war.

Parkplätze direkt am Hotel Eingang, Frühstück am Sonnabend frisch und reichhaltig, am Sonntag gefühlt Resteessen vom Vortag, schwarzer Tee war "vergessen einzukaufen". Ausstattung der Idee nach gut, u.a. Regenwalddusche, aber: Schminkspiegel im Bad locker, wandbefestigter Abfalleimer ebenso, eine Steckdose im Zimmer fiel aus der Wand, Matratzen ca. 10cm kürzer als das Untergestell (aber durchaus bequem), Topper nochmals kleineres Maß als die Matratze. Großer Fernseher. Zimmer hofseitig sehr ruhig. Frühstücksraum einfach ohne Deko Elemente. Für Fahrräder nur provisorische Unterbringungsmöglichkeit. Kein Fahrstuhl, aber Hilfe beim Tragen des Gepäcks. Klimasplitgerät im Zimmer. Fazit: das Finish der letzten Renovierung ist ausbaufähig....
