Roach infestation Hotel

Absolutely terrible place when I reserve the room, it said that there was a pool available and also had a nice picture of the pool when we got there. The pool was completely shut down and it wasn’t open at all. There was a child running around probably age 5 or six without a parent screaming there was a lot of people in and out of the rooms. It looked like a very unsafe place as soon as I got in the room, my daughter noticed that there was a bunch of bugs in the restroom so I went to look, and it was a bunch of cockroaches. I instantly left .

This place was not a great stay Staff was rude on checking in no proper paper work given at desk . Felt poorly managed and staff was rude with certain request for room . Bathroom had not light room shower In the dark , lights bulbs missing in light very poor maintenance. Sleeping comfort was very uncomfortable no proper sheets available no wifi information given if it was available. Will not recommend this stay as a first choice . Breakfast was not available like mentioned it was all around a bad stay

This property is nothing like seen in pics. They really need to update their profile. Place is so outdated that the roof looks like is about to fall. All around the place is dirty, like management don’t really care about the appearance at all. I believe the owners live there as well since I noticed them sleeping and doing all house chores there. So, overall that place needs. A whole new renovation.

Do not ever stay here. The front office was closed the whole time, which is where they had breakfast out. They didn’t give reason for the pool being closed, it was 108 degrees outside. The water in my shower was burning skin hot, nothing else, and had no way to fix it. The room itself was had an odd dirty smell, it was not clean. We found a cockroach as well. The area where the hotel was, was not a save environment. The whole experience was terrible. The people, place & area was just terrible.
