We urgently leave the "hotel" because the rooms are very dirty and smelly. Our requierements was not met what the "hotel" can give. I give 0 rating. The comments is not cover the reality.

BAD HOTEL, Staff are thieves

I booked for 3 nights. When I went back to the hotel for the second night, the staff took my things from room 309 without my permission. Staff put my things on the IKEA shopping cart. I get really pissed off at them and demand to be paid in full for the 3 nights. Otherwise I will call the police. They say I have asked to change rooms. I stop them for crap excuses and "why am I mad at you if I wanted to change rooms, Stop with your excuses". They changed their mind to refund for 1 night. I still demand a refund for the 3 nights or I call the police. Until finally their boss accepts to refund for the 3 nights and I get to sleep there for free for 3 days. We sign contracts and took pictures of staff with contracts. The next morning they pay me and throw me out. Pure idiots. Will be reported to the police for 2 things for disappeared.
Changed to a worse room.
Still have IKEA shopping cart in room.

Lit cassé en arrivant on nous répond que l’on est samedi et que c’est complet!( heureusement on nous trouve LA dernière chambre) 1h du matin le voisin décide de faire ses affaires nous avons entendu le lit et le matin rebelote à 8h aucune isolation Par contre les réceptionnistes sont très agréable
