The hotel is relatively new with helpful staff. The location is remote with a lot of road traffic in and out. The hotel has strange food restrictions even cookies aren't allowed in. Compared with similar hôtels around the globe either within the same group or against competitor such as Hilton, Sheraton, Marriott or GHA group, this is a major pitfall.

Jag kom till hotellet sent på kvällen och hade bokat en svit för cirka 300 €. Tyvärr började vistelsen på ett väldigt dåligt sätt. Vid incheckningen fick jag veta att min bokning inte inkluderade frukost, trots att jag tydligt hade betalat för frukost när jag gjorde bokningen via Hotels.com. Det blev onödigt mycket diskussion vid ankomsten. Dessutom informerades jag om en administrativ avgift på 1 200 DZD. Jag betalade 1 500 DZD, men fick varken tillbaka växeln på 300 DZD eller något kvitto direkt. Jag fick beskedet att komma tillbaka senare för att få tillbaka pengarna. Kvitto kunde de däremot ge mig direkt på morgonen. Det är kanske små saker var för sig, men när man betalar cirka 300 € för en svit förväntar man sig en betydligt mer professionell och smidig service. Jag lämnade tyvärr hotellet besviken och irriterad, snarare än nöjd. Jag hoppas att hotellet ser över sina rutiner kring bokningar, extra avgifter och framför allt bemötandet vid sen incheckning.

L hotel magnifique mais il vous faut ma voiture car vous faite un trajet 45 min en taxi pour visiter le soir pour sortire en familles pour ce promener compliquer dans la zone l hotel manque ambiance animation pour la famille le restaurant buffets a volonté mais pour 4 étoile on devrait choisire sur une carte apres y a une chose que je comprends pas le café a 500 dinars je trouve ca énorme alors que le coca cola il est a 400 dinars par contre les personnel sur le service il sont vraiment top et agreable Hotel magnifique Hotel propres Personnel service au top Manque animation Et l endroits il faut la voiture

Tip top hébergement, propreté, nous étions dans une grande chambre. le personnel du restaurant est très agréable et au petits soins pour les clients. Une très bonne note pour Djamila super pro des massages ainsi que pour l'excellente cuisinière qui prepare le pain et les semens👏👏👏 Je conseille cet hotel d'excellente facture.

Tres bonne experience, le mercure na rien a envier du sofitel ou sheraton d’alger. Propreté amabililite du pefsonnel tout y est. Petit bemol: l’organisation on est pas loin mais il reste du chemin. 1 personne au spa qui masse, qui prend les rdv qui donne les serviettes, 1 personne a l’accueil, personne au bar de la piscine faut le faire appeler. Bref sans ca super
