I would not stay here if I was travelling alone, specially as a woman. I stayed one night only as I had a long flight connection and it seemed a good deal to have pick up and drop off to the airport. I got picked up by a car which did not match the description of the bus advertised, it was a red van and the guy who picked me up was an absolute creep, I genuinely thought he was going to kill me, not even being dramatic, he took me under the highway and started driving really slow and he was asking all sort of inappropriate questions. I told the night shift concierge guy which by the way was very lovely and understanding and he mentioned it was not the first time that he did that to women. I cannot believe they still employ him after so many complains, it is terrifying when you don’t even speak the language and cannot even call the police or anything as most people staying here are travellers. The room itself was clean-ish but there is noise all throughout the night so I couldn’t even sleep and quite frankly I was scared that someone might open the door. Absolute nightmare of a stay I would never stay here unless you are a group. There are better options which are similar that I think might be a better choice.

It's really only a place to spend the night if you have to. The rooms are really tiny, and the breakfast is pretty miserable, but you can eat it. The shuttle at the airport is pretty hard to find because it's not the color shown on the website. It's white with almost no branding to let you know it's theirs.

Pelo custo x benefício vale a pena, passamos uma noite, o quarto e o banheiro são pequenos mas é ok. Ponto positivo o translado pro aeroporto é vice versa. Ponto negativo: café da manha somente as 7:30h, para um hotel que é próximo ao aeroporto, seria interessante começar mais cedo.

Banheiro do quarto com vazamento de água e muito apertado, cobertor não parecia ter sido trocado/lavado, não há frigobar no quarto. O quarto no qual me colocaram fica no corredor de entrada, com muito barulho de funcionários/hóspedes e até da rua. O café da manhã é bem fraquinho.

Tudo para dar certo, mas não. Tudo reformado, porém lençóis de cores escuras e pisos do banheiro de cor escura (obviamente para esconder sujeira e manchas, você não vai saber). Fiz contato via WhatsApp para já enviar os documentos e agilizar o check-in, foi uma lerda de tempo. Chego na recepção e tem que refazer tudo novamente. No site do Hoteis.com dizia que o café iniciava as 6h e isso foi confirmado via WhatsApp, chegando lá, funcionário diz que só 7:30h. O translado diz que sai do hotel as 7h, não, ele vai chegar as 7h esperar todos entrarem, aguardar os atrasados e vai sair 7:15h com sorte. Quarto família com cama casal e treliche, mas a treliche é de madeira e balança igual um bambu quando você sobe nela, vai quebrar bem rápido (por favor, parafusem na parede!).

Na verdade não é um hotel e sim um hostel muito mal conservado. Internet não funcionava, funcionários de mal humor na recepção, toalha (uma) muito ruim, banho ou muito quente ou gelado (quarto “família “ número 4). Se procura um hotel mesmo para uma noite próxima ao aeroporto de Guarulhos, pondere bem. Se procura um hostel, pode atender a necessidade do viajante. O transfer serve como atrativo enganoso.

Es una buena opción para algo económico cerca del aeropuerto. Sin lugar a dudas, el traslado al aeropuerto y que cuente con desayuno fueron lo que me hizo optar por esta opción. Sin embargo, aún el cuarto con baño propio tiene problemas de espacio, sobre todo en el baño. No se cabe en el WC no sentado ni al pasar. Por unos cuantos dólares más pensaría en quedarme en otro hotel cerca del aeropuerto. La zona en donde está no es la más agradable.
