Facility seems a little tired. Breakfast was great, as were staff. Hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere, but there was a great Indian restaurant across the street.

10/10 Exceptional

The room we stayed in which was the executive rooms was very comfortable. The bed was soft and comfy which was very nice after a late long day. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel which made it very accessible to get into the centrum. Highly recommended. I will stay here again if I ever come back to Amsterdam.

Excellent hotel, very good breakfast. Only thing I had to complain about was being given a room someone was already in but it was sorted very quickly.

We arrived after 9 and check in went smoothly. We knew the restaurant closed soon but we mistakingly sat at the tables past the bar thinking that was it. The amazing bar tender just took our order and made everything work smoothly. The rooms were clean and although the breakfast is expensive it is worth it!

Great for our needs - somewhere comfortable and with easy access via public transport ( the bus-stop is outside the hotel) to the Amstel area. Walking distance to Amstel Park which is lovely.

The hotel is very nice, and in a very good area. It was quiet, and the reception staff were amazingly helpful, especially Sarah and Zoe.
