Kind staff, but the hotel didn't meet my expectations for such a highly rated boutique hotel. Lots of small things: the fridge in the room didn't work; no one was at reception and I had to wander around and find someone in order to check in; hotels.com had promised me a free bottle of wine but they had run out... This was more of a cute, affordable local hotel. Great location.

A really lovely hotel, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and was only a minute walk from the Christmas market which was perfect for us. I will recommend to others and would definitely go back again.

I have come back again to this small, trendy hotel in a pretty and quiet section of the old town, steps away from the metro. Service is young, relaxed and overall efficient, a very decent breakfast is included for everyone. In February this was very high value for money. Suggestion: some parts start showing signs of disrepair, upkeeping may be needed. Elevator also slightly unreliable.

Petit hôtel charmant à la déco design et très bien situé proche de la grand place mais au calme. Très bonne literie, propre dans l’ensemble. Nous avions deux chambres l’une était beaucoup plus spacieuse que l’autre. Grande douche à l’italienne et produits de bain Nuxe, mais dans une des chambres la salle de bain n’était pas fermée. Attention cela peut amener à un déclenchement de l’alarme incendie quand on prend une douche bien chaude…!!!!Personnel jeune et disponible. Bon rapport qualité prix.
