A large hotel close to the congress center, in a bit dodgy area of the town. The nearest park had quite a few homeless living there, but I got the sense that this is a problem in Montreal as well as other parts of Canada. Room had a carpet, whitch is a bit undelicate. Happy I brought a pair of slippers to wear. Room had fantastic AC and a nice large shower and bathroom, both things that are important to me - so all in all it was a OK place to stay for a total of 8 nights. Valet service and easy to get help with taxis. Expensive breakfast at hotell, but quite e few options to order. A lot of small coffee shops close by, and an easy walk to the Notre Dame and restaurant and bar areas.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of Old Montreal. Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance, and the neighborhood felt charming, vibrant, and safe. We stayed in a room with two double beds, which was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The bathroom was spotless, and the room was well equipped with everything we needed. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. If we return to Montreal, this hotel will be our first choice.
