10/10 Exceptional

Excellent stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was great. Our room was spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. During our four-day stay, the room was cleaned daily, and they consistently refilled the bottled water and 3-in-1 coffee packets. The Wi-Fi was powerful, the shower had great water pressure, and the heaters (one by the window and another in the bathroom) kept us very warm. The only weakness was the poor soundproofing.

Good location and room, noisy

Good room space. Not that fancy but enough for what you paid. We could hear other people noise in their room. Location is so perfect near a big market

Just Stay

It was not a great stay. We stayed in business room, but i haven't noticed a feature of it. Bath cabin was leaking water, and night lamb was not working. However, their parking service was near the hotel where at the heart of the city. That was perfect.

otele geldik tlf ettim otopark nerede dedim. bana karşıda bir sokak var oraya gidin dedi resepsiyonist. Bir kere otelin önü tramvay yolu arabayı bekletemiyorsunuz hemen arkadan birisi geliyor. ben arayı hareket ettirdim fakat otoparkı bulmak mümkün değil. otele telefon edip tekrar yanıma bir eleman verin otoparka beraber gidelim diye rica ettim. Kesinlikle veremeyiz dediler.

8/10 Very good
