This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, all the staff were super friendly and helpful especially the staff in guest relations. My only reservation was we came in April for our wedding anniversary with friends and many of the amenities were closed, children’s water park, various bars and only 2 a la carte restaurants open, saying that they were lovely, the main restaurants food was of a very high standard compared to many hotels in this region. This hotel is split into different sections, ie family, community and adult which is a nice feature but it is very big and for people with disabilities this could be a problem, I do believe you can request travel buggies which will help immensely. I would like to come again but in warmer and later in the season to see this hotel at its best

This is the second time we stayed and the property is amazing in almost every way. The only negatives I would say are that if you do like to do things outside of the hotel then there isn't much to do round there, and the staff in the patisserie are generally miserable and understaffed (everywhere else through the hotel they are great and super friendly). Probably the worst thing about the hotel is the a la carte booking system - don't assume that you are ever going to get a booking. The hotel books out pretty much all of the tables to their VIP guests in villas etc and everybody else has about 5 seconds every morning to book the few tables that are left

Unfortunately this hotel needs a lot of time and experience to reach the level of high class all inclusive hotels.(rixos, maxx royal etc) the hotel is of course not bad but you feel from the first step the difference if you have been in the others. The service and food is avarage ,sea side and beach not speical and rooms very small and organisation very very poor . If you stay just 2-3 days you have no chance to get a in a la card restaurant reservation because of the silly application which rejects you from all services because the other guest who staying longer (7-10 days) filled it in advance from the first day untill the last day for their vacation. I would not recommend this hotel for short time holidays (2-3days) and for long time stay it is too high priced. The only 2 things that we liked was the excellent far east restaurant ( yes we get a table after 45 minutes hard disscusion ) and the concert of dany brillant who is an perfect singer which was the reason for our stay here.

We stayed at Anda Barut Collection for 2 nights, and honestly, everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel truly deserves its 5-star rating. The food was excellent, with a great variety and very high quality. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful at all times. The whole property was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt very premium and relaxing. What impressed us most was the attention to detail. Everything felt well organized, from the restaurants and bars to the service and overall guest experience. We really enjoyed our stay and left completely satisfied. Highly recommended. We would definitely come back again!

The hotel staff was lovely, but the manager not so great. Whilst it is a new hotel, there are evidently teething problems. It poses itself as having many restaurants, yet these are nearly impossible to book due to the terrible booking system. You'll have to either complain or provide tips if you want any chance of securing other restaurants other than the buffet. Other hotels comparable to this one are better. For the price point you're probably better off choosing another hotel.

Kesinlikle bayıldım!! Mükemmel otel, mükemmel hizmet. İlk defa bir otelden ayrılmak istemedim. Yemekler ve restoranlar çok lezzetli, havuzlar çok güzel. Şezlong açısından hiçbir sıkıntı çekmedik. Sadece denizi başta kum fakat biraz ilerleyince iri taşlar denk gelebiliyor. O yüzden genelde havuzda takıldık. Cibes Restaurant fine dining olarak hizmet veriyor, mutlaka deneyin. Fiyatı ortalamanın üstünde olan bir otel için yemek kalitesi oldukça düşüktü. Genel olarak temizlik iyiydi. Tesis çok geniş bir alana sahip olduğu için yürüyerek bir yerden bir yere ulaşmak sıcakta mümkün değil. Bunun için sunulan buggy hizmeti yetersiz kalmış. Ayrıca personel eğitimsiz ve denetimsiz kalmış. Peraonel çok uzun süre çalıştırılıyor shift sistemi göremedik. Buna rağmen ellerinden geleni yapmaya çalışıyorlar güler yüzle. Genel olarak otelin politikasını anlamış olduk. Düşük maliyetle yüksek gelir elde etmek. Bir daha tercih etmeyiz. Yeme içme ve hizmet önemli değil diyenler tercih edebilir çünkü tesis havuzları ve plajı gayet yeterli.

Wir haben vom 11.06. bis 16.06. einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt im Anda Barut Collection verbracht und sind restlos begeistert! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Swim-Up-Zimmer: Es war einfach super, modern eingerichtet, makellos sauber und der direkte Poolzugang bietet puren Luxus und Privatsphäre. Auch kulinarisch blieb kein Wunsch offen. Das Essen und die gesamte Verpflegung waren auf absolutem Top-Niveau – unglaublich vielfältig, frisch und super lecker. Die Hotelanlage liegt an einem wunderschönen Küstenabschnitt. Das Meer ist traumhaft klar und lädt perfekt zum Entspannen ein. Ein riesiges Lob geht zudem an das gesamte Personal: Alle waren durchweg super freundlich, aufmerksam und extrem serviceorientiert, sodass man sich von der ersten Minute an willkommen gefühlt hat. Fazit: Ein rundum perfekter Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Hotelanlage. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können das Anda Barut Collection wärmstens empfehlen!
