We stayed at AYZ Joaquín Pol for 4 days and were very satisfied with our experience. The apartment was exceptionally clean, located in a safe neighbourhood with convenient bus stops nearby and shops just a few minutes’ walk away. The check-in system was seamless, allowing us to access all doors directly through a simple email link. The apartment featured a spacious terrace and reliable air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated the availability of filtered hot and cold water in the communal hallway. Everything was well organised, and we never needed to contact the hosts. Overall, an excellent stay at a great price and highly recommended.

This is a scary place, got there and found the room I was assigned had an undone bed, towels from the prior guest and a trash bin full of water bottles, building looks like a college room, some weird dudes with their door open, not a place I would recommend

The room was quite small, the bed took up most of the room and it was a small double bed. Getting in is easy enough, and there are several shared bathrooms. There was only 2 places to eat within walking distance and that was not a good experience. The bed creaks a lot everytime I moved. It is enough to just sleep, and the WiFi is fine, but it is super minimal.

Me habéis cobrado 15€ supuestamente por manchar unas sábanas de sangre, cuando la realidad es que cuando llegué allí YA ESTABAN MANCHADAS. Intenté comunicaróslo y llamaros pero nunca me habéis cogido y encima me cobráis sin dar ninguna respuesta? No puedo llamar porque nadie coge y tampoco nadie lee los correos?? No puede ser que me hayan cobrado por dormir en unas sabanas manchadas de sangre de un desconocido y que encimatenga que PAGARLO yo? ESTAFADORES.

La habitación estaba limpia. Llegamos después de aceptar no se cuantas normas de si aparecían sucias las sábanas, si aparecía rota la papelera, así hasta una veintena de objetos y de normas en inglés. La habitación doble era un pequeño zulo, pero supongo que eso es lo normal en Madrid. Pagamos algo más de 100€ por una habitación doble pequeña, sin contacto alguno con personas, todo a través de la app. Quizás sea lo habitual en el mundo moderno actual, pero a mi personalmente no me gustó. Lo mejor, la fuente de agua que tenían. Las paredes un poco finas. En resumen, hotel complicado para las personas que se quedan sin batería en el móvil.

Sinceramente la habitación estuvo bien cumplió con mis expectativas y estaba limpio y buen tamaño, pero él acceso muy mal, te mandan un link que para abrir la puerta tardas mucho tiempo, todos los que nos hospedamos ahí teníamos muchos problemas para ingresar tanto con la puerta de la entrada como las otras 2, si pienso que tienen que arreglar eso había gente gritando alguien abrame está puerta que llevo mucho tiempo y no la puedo abrir, situación que a mí también me sucedió, de no ser por ese inconveniente todo excelente 👍

Es todo online, hay muchísimas habitaciones y varios baños en cada planta, nosotros estuvimos en la primera planta en la habitación 21. A l departamento le faltaba gracia, está claro que busca rentabilizar y poco más, pero la habitación estaba bien, acorde al precio. Si quieres ir al centro es una hora de transporte. Recomendable coche, de lo contrario pierdes mucho tiempo.
