Miss feelings about this property: At the day of the checking it toke them two hours to find my reservation and at the end I got a different apt from the one that I booked. They tried to say that was hotels.com fault but in the receipt the apt type was very clear. They agreed to give me 15% back so I will stay (I still waiting for the refund) The apt is nice and clean but every time found a different issue and needed to be dealing with fixes every day. - at least they were responding pretty fast. A few weeks before my checking I asked if they offer cleaning service they said that yes that I just need to book in advance, after my checking they were ignoring me every time that I asked about that and at the end they informed me that they don’t offer and if I wasn’t there is an extra fee of R$195 The location is very good, building and apts are nice I just wish they were more organized

Everything was just false. The small studio was smaller then small, and the problems....the sliding door won't close, all the street noise filled the room, day and night! The bathroom, sink is just a 10x8" so we couldn't was even our face. The shower enclosure is 30x24 inch but you can't get in, outside the toilet, inside the wall blocking the glass door what couldn't be closed because the hinges old and hanging thru The towel racks was he yanked out from the wall, I have all documentation if someone need it, it was a false advertisement and a nightmare to stay, we had to go to our friends to able to do our daily hygiene,and last but not least the front door was not closing right, could see a half inches gap around after we closed. We fill the unit owner has left the unit run down and told Hotels.com a false statement about the unit and let us to pay for. Dis is not the end of the story, on Monday we will fight this lying with a legal representative, if you trust a booking side and you ripped off is not and of the story for me

The property was as pictured and the management was very easy to talk to! Easy access with the face recognition. The area is great, 7 min walk to Paulista and 15 to Oscar Freire and many restaurants and stores around. The only negative was that, despite being a very high end neighborhood, the area lost power twice during my stay due to heavy rain.

Unfortunately, my stay at this apartment hotel in São Paulo was very disappointing, despite the building and apartment being new and modern. At check-in, the apartment was extremely dirty: hairs on the cushions, stained and dirty pillows, dirty floors, and visible dirt stains inside the shower box. The bathroom was also infested with drain flies, which made the stay unpleasant and unhygienic. There were clear dirt stains on the carpet, reinforcing the lack of proper cleaning. Another serious issue was the security gate at the entrance. It appeared to be broken or tampered with, and initially there was no way to exit the building. No instructions were given at check-in. Only later did we discover—by trial and error—that the exit required using the intercom. It was unclear whether this was a malfunction or maintenance issue, creating unnecessary stress and a sense of insecurity. I contacted the hotel through the booking platform to complain about the cleanliness and overall experience, but I received no response at all. No explanation, no apology, and no compensation were offered. This property clearly relies on remote reception to cut costs, but this approach fails when basic communication, cleanliness, and guest support are missing. I felt uncomfortable and disgusted staying here and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A localização é excelente - próximo a shoppings, lojas, restaurantes, ruas tranquilas e etc. Porém, nosso apartamento inicial estava com muito cheiro de mofo e identificamos que o colchão estava extremamente mofado. Não há protetores de colchão/travesseiro e as roupas de cama não estavam das mais limpas. Não consegui dormir na primeira noite, devido ao cheiro e alergia ao mofo. Por conta disso, contatei os anfitriões em torno de 23h do mesmo dia de check-in e em menos de 10 minutos nos trocaram de apartamento. Foi um processo rápido e sem burocracia. O quarto é ok, nada super espaçoso, mas pelo preço está justo. Colchões e travesseiros também deixam a desejar. Mas, como citado, vale o custo-benefício, principalmente pela localização. Há uma conveniência no próprio prédio, e isso facilitou a nossa estadia.

Recomendo e voltarei!

Segunda vez que me hospedo no Next pela administração da Viva Stays. O edifício em si tem uma localização fantástica, próximo a Paulista, excelentes bares e restaurantes. Tem academia e praticidade de uma lavanderia que lava e seca e também um Mini mercado. Lá aceita Pet e nas duas vezes puder passear em qualquer horário, inclusive após as 23h tranquilamente com ele na rua. Os quartos tem cortina com blackout e fica bem escurinho, ar condicionado gela bem e a cama é confortável. O atendimento da Viva é excelente caso você precise de algo! Recomendo e voltarei novamente!

O apto era uma graça! Fizemos o check-in on line e fomos atendidos prontamente.... No primeiro quarto que ficamos, o chuveiro não esquentava, mas logo nos trocaram de quarto e ficou tudo ótimo. A vista era bem legal, cama confortável, roupas de cama e banho, tinha duas tvs, uma no andar de cima e outra no de baixo, cozinha bem equipada. Adoramos!

Aconselho ficar atento a caixa de entrada e spam do email, pois é enviado pra lá um link de check-in online, onde vc realiza a biometria facial para entrada na portaria, onde a mesma é eletrônica. A localização é excelente, próximo da Paulista, bares, restaurantes, e se vc não se importar em andar por uns 10min, ainda dá pra ir a Rua Oscar Freire, que tbm tem opções boas de comércio e restaurante.

Pesadelo

Quando cheguei o quarto ainda está bagunçado pelo hóspede anterior. Contato com proprietário via Watzap, a resposta é rápida, mas ação demora muito para acontecer e não temos a quem recorrer, só esperar. Quando a arrumação aconteceu, os lençóis que chegaram estavam manchados. O vaso sanitário não parava de descer água, parecia que tinha uma máquina de lavar dentro quarto, me atrapalhou muito a dormir.

Quarto confortável, espaçoso e silencioso

A cama é super confortável, o quarto é bem espaçoso e possui tudo que é necessário para o dia a dia. No quarto em que fiquei, tive alguns problemas com o banheiro. Luzes queimadas, chuveiro entupido e exaustor sem funcionar. Todo o resto estava ótimo.
