We had a lovely stay. Very friendly and helpful. We had a accessibility room because of my walking difficulties. And it was very big and well maintained. Only thing wrong in that bathroom was where the bin was as a disabled person I found it very hard to go under the sink and put my rubbish in the little bin. Maybe leave it near the toilet or out in the open so it's easier to reach. One other thing is maybe have 2 pillows on the bed. Our room had 1 pillow each we had to ask for extra. Everything else was wonderful. Breakfast was a basic buffet breakfast they are all the same, but it had plenty of choice. Fresh orange was very nice too. Will stay again. And we notice they have these hotels in different countries so may try them out in a different country. Well done everyone at Derby...

The room was 26 degrees and the air conditioning did not work. A number of colleagues also stayed at the same time and they had the same issue. If the air conditioning is not fixed then I will never stay at this hotel again. No fan was provided in the room as an alternative. The staff were amazing though.

This is an immaculately clean, functional hotel with no frills, which met all of our needs and served us very well. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We stayed 2 nights and the room wasn’t serviced in that period - something to be aware of - but fresh towels etc are available on request. Staff were excellent throughout. Parking was plentiful and was an extra charge ( £5 per night) - entirely reasonable. All in all, outstanding value for money and would definitely stay there again.
