On arrival we asked about the beach loungers & towels - advertised in the hotel listing page on Hotels.com and were advised "there are none" this was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel as we knew prior that this is a large expense (50euro per day).
Despite booking a beachfront room we were put in a room at the back of the hotel, above the neighbouring restaurants cellar and bin area and have been awoken by their beer delivery and bin collections at 8am.
The morning after our first nights stay we advised reception that the bedside lights were not working neither was the standalone lamp in the room, we were advised someone would take a look at this, second morning we advised again that this still hadn't been rectified and also made aware the towel radiator in the bathroom wasn't working so our wet swimwear we had placed on it the night prior hadn't dried. Today on morning three we have ran out of toilet paper - despite housekeeping entering the room each day to ‘make’ the bed (questionably!! See attached image) this has not been replenished. I also questioned why the lights and radiator towel had not yet been fixed and was advised - "they just don't work".
It has been far from 'luxury' and the reception staff have not addressed any concerns raised, it has felt more like we are inconveniencing them every time we have made them aware of an issue - none of which have been resolved.
Considering we paid £672.15 these are basic needs that should have been met
