Por fora, bela viola….. Tivemos vários problemas. 1 - Fiz a reserva pelo Hoteis.com e, conforme o anúncio, eu seria cobrado APENAS durante a estadia, e poderia pagar em até 10x sem juros. MAS fui debitado EM UMA SÓ VEZ, um mês antes da estadia. 2 - Problemas no checkin, por falta de dedicação e atenção no atendimento. Má vontade da recepcionista. 3 - Reserva para três pessoas, mas só havia 2 toalhas no quarto. Esse problema se repetiu durante a hospedagem, mais de uma vez. 4 - Falta de reposição de PAPEL HIGIÊNICO no quarto. Inadmissível!! Tive de descer à recepção para solicitar a reposição, pois o interfone não funcionava. 5 - Depois de muito insistir, descobri que O INTERFONE DO QUARTO NÃO FUNCIONA!!! Quando precisei de atendimento, tive de descer na recepção, inclusive de madrugada. 6 - Barulho durante a madrugada, causado por uma fechadura eletrônica que disparou em outro quarto no mesmo andar que o meu, e estava impossível dormir. Como não havia interfone, tive de descer na recepção DE ROUPÃO DE BANHO, para pedir para desligarem aquele barulho infernal. 7 - Experiência ruim no restaurante. No dia da chegada, fomos almoçar. Valores muito altos para pratos que certamente não foram preparados na hora. O filé mignon parecia comida congelada, o que é um acinte pelo preço que pagamos. No café da manhã, as tortas e bolos (e imagino que o resto também), também aparentavam ter sido aproveitados dia após dia. Agradeço a Tânia, que se esforçou para minimizar os problemas.

O hotel foi aparentemente, renovado a pouco tempo, porém existem alguns itens nos quartos que precisam de manutenção como cortinas furadas e sujas, vidros das janeilas quebrados, telas soltas. Frigobar as vezes cngela a agua. Quartos amplos e bem dispostos. bom chuveiro. Tem quartos acessiveis. Os itens a la carte do café da manhã são bons mais não chegam sempre quentes na mesa. Foi uma boa estadia mais o custo é alto para a região.

Hotel bonito, tudo novo e limpo! A localização exige carro para qualquer lugar, tem estacionamento e manobrista. O cafe da manhã no Restaurante Giratório, bonita vista e bastante variedade. Quando estive a primeira vez o chocolate quente era muito bom e era trazido em nossa mesa, hoje era só um cafe de máquina. Detalhes são importantes, ao chegar no quarto da vez anterior havia frutas e bilhete boas vindas, mas itens para compra, inclusive chocolates. Achei tambem a recepção muito sobrecarregada na hora do Chek in, havia somente uma pessoa, que fazia ficha, guardava carro, etc.
