What a special stay! A beautiful old building right on the steps of the Prague Castle. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. This is in a fabulous location right near many great restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries and transit stations. The only two things I advise are that this stay is at the top of a large hill so it’s a bit of a climb and trek to reach. The other thing is that the most direct route to the Old Town Center is via a city bus that is small and can be quite crowded. But those are not the fault of the property; I had a fabulous stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Place was close to most of the main attractions. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. We appreciated the service of having a taxi driver picking us up directly from the airport. The driver was very friendly and extremely helpful with local restaurant recommendations. Only issue was water leaking out of the shower, soaking the mat excessively.

The room was very spacious and with a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a nice bath tub (but not the most convenient for shower as there was no shower curtain. The room was mostly clean (there was a few hair on the sofa). The location was very convenient (right under the castle and 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge, tram station is 5 minute from the apartment). The hostess very very helpful and friendly. However, the room could be noisy in the evening as the hotel is next to a pub with live music. Fortunately all music stops at around 10pm. The room has no AC so perhaps not ideal for a hot summer night (we near-missed a heatwave!)

Location, location, location! Incredible location, literally at the foot of the steps to the castle with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Only 5 mins away from the train stop and 10 minutes from Charles Bridge and quite a few embassies nearby, so it is quiet and safe at night. The property is in an older style building, each room is unique and different which adds the true Prague flavour, it could be a bit of challenge dragging the suitcases up those steep hills especially in the rain but it is all worth it. The apartment is bright, spacious, comfortable, homey and has a kitchenette and big bath tub. Can help yourself to the espresso machine outside on the landing area which is a nice touch. The biggest surprise is the view of the St Nicholas Bell Tower and the amazing bell sound. Irenea (not sure of the spelling) has been very helpful and pleasant. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this property. Don’t forget to try the hot chocolate from Steiner & Kovarik which is only 2-3 shops down, it is to die for!

Great location for walking around and access to transit - prepare for lots of stairs or uphill walking, or take the tram to Prague Castle and walk down instead of up. It was nice to be away from the busier tourist areas but the area still felt unique and magical at night. Lots of gardens, bakeries, and shops nearby. 3 keys and hallway lights felt safe for a solo traveller. Stayed in the Alexandra room which was lovely. I could hear other guests come and go, church bells, and pigeons, but nothing earbuds couldn’t hide when time to sleep. I would recommend and hope to stay again! Irina was very helpful for my late night arrival then flight delay, just had to call her on arrival as they don’t have 24 hr reception.

Checking in felt a bit confusing. The local coffee shop that shares the space were not willing to answer any questions about the room rentals. The rooms were very spacious and extremely clean. The pillows were flat and we needed to request towels every couple days. But they were happy to accommodate. If you are at all interested in the history of this 500 year old building with all modern conveniences… the host was very willing to give a tour and explain it to us! This property is half way up a steep hill, and located at the bottom of the steps heading to Prague Castle! Two doors down from the medieval restaurant. Great location!!

Very nice, cozy and clean appartment in old building. A short (but steep) walk to the palace, or down towards the Charles bridge. The host was excellent, so helpful and nice. They also provided a lot of written information and recommendations. There’s quite a lot of stairs, and no elevator, so this place is not suited for everybody, but for me it was wonderful.
