The Rigoletto Rooms are well located in Verona and the access instructions easy to follow. Drinks and some snacks are provided in the entrance hall. The entrance and room felt run down, however, and in need of decoration. The common area didn't feel very welcoming and the access pad on my lock felt very flimsy. Basic furniture in the room - but it was clean.

The amount of mold was disturbing. There was mold on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. The drain was completely blocked, and the shower and faucet were leaking and spraying water everywhere. Overall, the bathroom was in very poor condition.

Good location and nice room. No AC so a fan would have been nice or something like that as the room got very hot throughout the day and in the evening.

This listing is a scam. Wouldn't let me in and refused to refund my money. Orbitz did nothing to help.

In generale comunque esperienza positiva

ottima posizione

Jobbreise
