I thought I was getting a deal, but in fact, I was getting a dump. The area did not feel safe and had homeless people near the parking. The bed did not have proper linens, there was a twin size blanket for a queen bed, and no top sheet. The sheet on the bed was not fitted, so slid off a mattress with no mattress protector. The pillowcases didn't fit.We ordered food and couldn't finish it despite being hungry because it did not arrive as described. In general the hotel is a dive that doesn't look anything like the photos. Maybe it look like the photos 20 or 30 years ago I don't know. But I would never stay here again. The staff was understanding and great, but it did not compensate.Not recommended.

Minha experiência não foi positiva. O hotel precisa de uma renovação, pois a estrutura já demonstra bastante desgaste. O principal problema foi o barulho durante a madrugada, que prejudicou o descanso. Além disso, a roupa de cama estava bastante antiga, com aparência amarelada e aparentemente suja. O colchão não possuía protetor, e o lençol, por não ser de elástico, saía facilmente durante a noite, deixando o colchão exposto, que também apresentava aspecto antigo. São pontos que comprometem o conforto e a sensação de higiene durante a hospedagem. Espero que o hotel faça melhorias nesses aspectos.

Como avaliar uma estadia tão curta?? Mal fiquei 1hr neste hotel e, tive q mudar. Agradeço mto a prestatividade e preocupação da funcionária qto à segurança do meu veículo. Um Hotel deste porte não ter câmeras externas e sequer dispor de um Segurança pra velar pelos carros de clientes à noite é o fim dos tempos. Quarto no Sub Solo tmb não é nada agradável. Retornei ao Hotel Europa (q pertence ao mesmo grupo) e fiquei mto bem instalado. Reitero q os funcionários não tem culpa, pelo contrário, foram solícitos e zelosos cmg e meu patrimônio. Se serve de sugestão, cobre uma taxa de 10 ou 15 reais por Hospede e contratem um Segurança pra cuidar dos carros à noite. É simples e creio q ninguém iria se opor. Nas imediações são 3 Hoteis e aparentemente nenhum tem garagem privativa.

A estrutura do prédio é bem antiga. Banheiros MUITO pequenos, com muitas manchas no chão e parede. PORÉM, o café da manhã é muito joia… com uma diversidade legal, comidas frescas, frutas frescas. Atendeu o que precisávamos, que era um pernoite bom. Cama e quarto sem cheiro de mofo. O estacionamento é na área externa do hotel mas ficam vários carros, sem segurança físico vigiando os carros. Mas não sentimos insegurança pois é uma área comum de vários hotéis vizinhos. Estrutura joia de comida em torno do hotel - Burger King na esquina. Mesmo sendo MUITO simples, voltaria, caso fosse necessário.
